Roelien Stapelberg

Dr. Roelien obtained her BChD degree from the University of Pretoria in South Africa in 2006. During her community service there, she completed two more diplomas, one in Orthodontics, and the other in Maxilo-facial and Oral Surgery (Cum Laude). She has a Masters degree in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from the Malmo University (Sweden) and the European University College (Dubai). After that, she joined the European University College, initially as a private practitioner, working her way up to Consultant Orthodontist and Assistant Professor.

Being specifically interested in Aesthetic Orthodontic treatment, she furthered her knowledge in the Incognito lingual braces and Invisalign Clear aligner systems. Currently a Platinum Elite member of the Invisalign system, she has had many treatments and different minor and major cases solved for people of all ages. However, she is more interested in early orthodontic treatment in children to prevent future severe problems from easily preventable causes, as well as all aspects of teenage and adult braces as well as Invisalign Clear aligners.

Dr. Roelien and Dr. Miryam work together on numerous complex cases such as requiring dental movement prior to repair of teeth or requiring aesthetic improvements before veneers, and that collaboration happens, in order to get the best smile you have ever shown and felt.
